    A. No. You must manually run the software to connect to us.  You're in control.
     

  2. Q. What operating systems will it work on?
    A. Windows 2000, XP, 2000/2003 Server and VISTA, (Sorry, it doesn’t work on Macs)
     

  3. Q. Do I have to be online?
    A. Yes. In order to connect to us     you must be able to surf the Internet.

  4. Q. What do I have to do to make it work?
