    A. No. You must manually run the software to connect to us.  You're in control.
     

  2. Q. What operating systems will it work on?
    A. Windows 2000, XP, 2000/2003 Server and VISTA,Windows7,Windows8. Click the link for Macs for Mac and Linux Machines
     

  3. Q. Do I have to be online?
    A. Yes. In order to connect to us you must be able to surf the Internet.

  4. Q. What do I have to do to make it work?
    A. Call first, then just click on the "Download" image above.

  5. Q. How much does it cost?
    A. It costs the exact same as an on-site call, (one hour minimum)
